A car salesman has been caught carrying out a scam to the tune of £100,000, including stealing £40,149 from the dealership he worked at. Richard Powell, 46, had previously been fired from another dealership due to “financial irregularities”, it appears this time he wasn’t so cautious in covering his tracks.
Criminals are known for not being the brightest bunch of people on the plant. A recent attack on a pub in Liverpool adds extra credibility to that stereotype. Taff’s Tavern in Derby Lane was set alight by four masked men while patrons were still inside and people occupied the above rooms.

The last thing you expect when enjoying a drink with friends on a Friday night is to be interrupted by a car driving through the pub. Customers of the Golden Star pub were sent flying along with glass and furniture when a car had lost control and crashed into the front of the pub.
